Jubilant Foodworks - Manager - Supply Chain - Corporate

JOB PURPOSE :

Projects (Process and Technology) :

- To develop and implement effective supply chain solution and processes. Eg. Solutions for warehousing, inbound and outbound logistics, procurement and other areas of supply chain

- Support SAP related activities : Role authorization, troubleshooting, change requests and other initiatives

- MIS / Reporting

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Projects (Process and Technology) :

- Lead and drive various supply chain initiatives related to cost optimization, commissary productivity, service level and food safety improvement and other process improvements

- Drive implementation of projects like bar coding, WMS, reporting automation and SCM dashboard, transportation management, fleet management solution, network optimization among others

- Process automation, standardization and streamlining of commissary and warehouse operations

- Evaluate existing infrastructure and possibility of further optimization of the existing infrastructure

- Identify improvement opportunities in the current system and work with various stakeholders to implement them

Support SAP related activities :

- Role & code Authorization - Access related new/change request

- Change Request (CR) - desired result briefing to IT team (Support/Full involvement)

- UAT for CRs and current transaction related issue

- SAP Users - issue troubleshooting

- Explore scope for fixture of recurring issue: Resolution and communication regarding changes to user (Prepare user Manual if required)

- Support master data management related activities

- MIS Report

- Other SAP and system related initiatives

JOB SPECIFICATION:

- Qualification - B.E/ B.Tech, and MBA (desirable)

- Experience : 3-5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in Food / FMCG / retail / industry.

- Experience in SAP and WMS is desired

- Excellent analytical skills and conversant with MS excel, Power point and Word

- Taking initiatives and willing to learn new areas

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions

- Good communication skills
