Job Purpose
Manage customer relation management for Domino's customers and build strategy for engagement and retention of online & in-store customers.
Key Responsibilities -
- Customer segmentation - Develop Predictive Models for campaign target customers generating incremental response & revenue.
- Promotion Analytics - Perform business analytics using AB testing, in areas of product bundling, promo/discount impact and merchandising to bring incremental revenue for customers.
- Campaign management - Develop campaign strategy for push, SMS & email marketing for engaging customers and drive conversion.
- Customer segmentation and life cycle management - End to end analysis management of customer retention and building life time value.
Skills & Tools - Should understand basic CRM like clevar tap, moengage, Google analytics. Should be comfortable running SQL queries and accessing Power BI.
