Job Description


Position Title: Key Accounts Manager - B2B (Manager Level)

Reports to: Business Head - B2B

Department: Supply Chain

Division: Bangalore


Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. - India's leading food service Company is the master franchisee for Domino's Pizza and Dunkin' Donuts in South Asia - India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Jubilant also runs a successful franchise of Domino's Pizza in Sri Lanka through a fully owned subsidiary. In addition, Jubilant has recently announced entry & setting up of Domino's Pizza in Bangladesh. Beyond these, JFL remains open to exploring opportunities for Domino's in other International markets in consultation with Domino's International. Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. is the only QSR business with a fantastic performance history and with presence in more than 270 cities across India. We have ventured into new business (B2B) which includes serving external customer for which this role will work for.


Business Development:

- Track QSR industry to understand customer landscape; identify market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals

- Generate new leads of potential customers; responsibility to acquire new food service accounts

- Engage with senior management of the client for new business development and managing relationship

- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts

- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet customer requirements and internal profitability targets

- Manage post sales activities (be a single point of contact for the customer)

- Planning and implementing product demos, local campaigns and sales promotions to potential customers to build on the new concept

- Provide customer focus, build genuine partnerships and share multidisciplinary connect that jointly generates unique solutions

- Be the market lead for assigned Geography/customers and lead all the business including large QSR , Mid-size customers and Stand alones business (direct & through distributors both)

New Product Development:

- Identify specific customer needs and work with product development team to fulfill the requirement

- Expand business / product portfolio with existing customers

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met.

- AS PER THE SCOPE OF THEROLE including all stakeholders

- B2B sales / account management experience / QSR industry ( total experience :6-9 years')

- One of the Category sales experience in Chicken/ Seasoning/Bakery is must

- Good network and exposure in HORECA / QSR industry specially South/West based National customers

- Strong business orientation and commitment to goals

- Excellent communication skills, Post graduate with qualification in food related education (preferably Chef/food technology background)

- Understanding customer's business requirements and presenting the new concept and creating valuable partnerships

- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

- Experience in annual plans for sales volumes, margins and pricing

- Understanding of Food Service industry landscape, customer profile, customer needs

- Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results

- Willingness and Aptitude to work in start-up kind of culture

- Willingness to learn and lead business development activities
