Head - Sales Incentive (Sr. Manager) The Sales Incentive Head will be responsible for driving performance for Dominos org across levels thru incentive and recognition programs. Key Accountabilities for the role are as follows: - Enable the Ops organisation for annual targets on Top-line and Bottom line thru relevant incentive programs - Drive right behaviour on people and process compliances by designing and rewarding the right metrics for the organisation - Nudge employees towards incremental achievements thru timely communication on business achievements - Work with cross functional teams to create and run Org with high impact Recognition Programs. - Measure efficacy of Incentive & Recognition plans, and iterate these plans to enable right output/ balance in terms of business goals and employee earnings - Build a standard scorecard which will provide a single view of performance for each region, circle, cluster and store and enable one line of performance conversation for all employees - Provide timely inputs on all performance metrics to cross-functional teams which enable accurate and on time payout for the employees Qualification : PGDBM/MBA Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of experience.
