Jubilant Foodworks - Deputy General Manager - Capex Procurement

The role involves Capex procurement for SCCs and maintenance and restaurant capex involving multiple categories e.g. Civil, Ovens, Make line, bikes, HVAC, Cold Room, Furniture, lighting etc. Total Capex spend is ~320 crs.

Key accountabilities include

- Cost - Deliver optimal cost and YoY savings by defining and executing right procurement strategies for key categories

- Service Levels - Turn Around Time (Delivery on time)

- Ensuring Compliance to governance and controls

- Developing team

- Manage & Engage with stakeholders across organization

Qualification:

- Engineer with 10 - 14 years of experience

Experience

- Should have managed indirect procurement.

- Should have good experience of managing capex procurement of civil, equipment etc.

- Should have the aptitude to learn new technologies

- Should be able to apply various procurement principles and techniques to different categories.
