- Manpower Planning and recruitment (Noida SCC and CML)  - Enforcing and ensuring TA policy and Administrative measures for on boarding, ensure induction orientation and training of employees.   - Ensure selection of casual employees and rotation of casuals, housekeeping and security people (break of continuity of service before 240 days), police verification of all casual, security and HK personnel and maintain necessary records  - Employee relations and Disciplinary Proceedings,Ensure cordial employee relations and enforce disciplinary proceedings pertaining to model standing orders.  - Wage and salary Administrations,Ensure Timely Payroll Inputs in relation to New Joinees, Left, Transfers and Promotions and attendance, Ensuring Timely disbursement of salary across all both locations for permanent, casual, HK and security personnel. Verification of queries related to salary and ensure corrective measures to nullify such queries  - Statutory Compliance, Ensuring timely compliance under various legation applicable like Contract Labour act, Minimum Wages act, Payment of wages act, Factories Act, compliance under labour welfare fund, professional tax and other laws pertaining to the business applicable from time to time by state and central govt. Ensure benefits to the employees under ESIC, Medicaim, GPA, GTLI etc.   - Liaison with govt authorities,Liaison with govt authorities like factory Inspector, Labour Inspectors, ESIC, PF inspectors, Employment exchanges etc. Inspection queries reply and compliance. Liaison with govt bodies related to Greater Noida SCC for all necessary approvals and licences in place.  - Performance management and career development,Ensure execution of appraisals as per pert chart, Training and awareness of performance management process for people managers, implementation of PIP process for people delivering below expectations.  - Employee Health and Safety,Ensure appropriate measures towards health and safety of people and organisation assets, awareness campaign of employees on health and safety, formation and execution of safety committee in both locations, organise regular meetings of safety committee and identification and ensure eradication of unsafe conditions and procedures. Ensure accident free working environment.  - Employee engagement,Ensure monthly engagement activities in both locations and drive fun@work as per monthly HR calendar. Ensure CSR activities and across both locations as per company agenda and keep people engaged.  - Security and general administration,Ensure implementation of security procedures related to man and material movement in both locations.   - Monitor security entries at main gate related to man and material movement, gate pass procedure, shift entry and exit procedure for workforce and security, ensure fire drills and first aid compliance, staff welfare and canteen, commuting administration.   - Administrative setup for all processes for greater Noida SCC. People transition from current Noida SCC to Greater Noida SCC, ensure smooth enforcement of transition.  - Grievance handling and redressal,Grievance handling and timely redressal of all queries related to employees and ensure morale and motivation level of people.  - MIS - HR Matrices, Dashboard, Compliance Data, Payroll Related MIS, Workplan Tracker, Other data required for strategic decision making.
