- To develop and assist in effective controls, polices &amp; procedures at all India level.&nbsp; - Manage Internal Audit Activities. - Defining Scope of Internal Audit, Interaction with Auditors and functions and ensure completion of internal audits in time and to achieve the audit objectives.&nbsp; - Conduct Quarterly GRC Assessment and validation of action taken by task owner. Lead individual special projects of Surprise audits.&nbsp; - Manage control testing basis ICFR guidelines.&nbsp; - Knowledge of Statutory Compliances and Enterprise Risk Management. Manage Business Partners. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : - Development of Annual Internal Audit Programme - Deal with Internal auditors - Coordinate with functions to get Internal Audit Completed on time and effectively - Data Analysis : Compilation of all the audits done by various agencies/function and to develop a score card - Conduct Quarterly GRC Assessment and verification of actions taken on audit recommendations, ERM mitigation plans, Self-Assessment of internal controls and statutory compliances. - To handle Enterprise Risk Management by identifying key emerging risks, developing mitigation plans. - Conduct Special Internal Reviews, Specific projects on Surprise Audits - To Manage Statutory Compliance including preparation / updation of listing, define ownership, perform quarterly assessment on compliance listing, and discuss status with compliance owners. - To define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Control Self-Assessment (CSA) by documenting process flows, incorporating controls, risk control matrix and align Internal Financial Controls with CSA and SOPs, define test steps, perform quarterly testing and revalidate testing results - To conduct investigations into matters related to integrity w.r.t. Whistle Blower policy - Management of Business Partners - Preparation of Department Budget and Management of periodic G&amp;A QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, &amp; SKILLS : - Qualification : CA - Experience : 4 to 6 years- experience in the service industry in internal audit function. - Skills : Excellent Communications and Inter-personal skills required.
