Job Purpose :
- End to end responsibility of Campaign execution as planned under CRM strategy for Domino's customers
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand customer segmentation technique, Pre - post analysis, ROI calculation, Campaign execution, Channel optimization
- Promotion Analytics - Perform AB testing, in areas of product bundling, promo/discount impact and merchandising to bring incremental revenue for customers.
- Campaign management - Develop campaign strategy for push, SMS & email marketing for engaging customers and drive conversion.
- Customer segmentation and life cycle management - End to end analysis management of customer retention and building life time value.
Skills & Tools :
- Hand-on experience in executing multi-channel campaigns
- Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns
- Content creation, testing and approval as per brand guidelines
- Should understand basic CRM like clevar tap, moengage, Google analytics.
- Should be comfortable running SQL queries and accessing Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
