About Jubilant Bhartia Foundation

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, the social wing of the Jubilant Bhartia Group, was established in 2007. As a part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group, we focus on conceptualizing and implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for the group. The foundation's objectives include various community development work, health care, cultural & sports, environment preservation initiative, vocational training, women empowerment and educational activities.

Jubilant believes that for long term and sustainable social interventions, it is the people who are best placed to help themselves. Jubilant sees for itself a role of a facilitator or a catalyst in this process.

Following four areas have been selected for social initiatives by Jubilant

- Supporting Government Rural Primary Education System

- Strengthening Basic Healthcare Facilities

- Improving Employability of Local Youths through Vocational Training Programmes

- Promote Young Social Entrepreneurship

Job Description:

- Responsible for documenting all the CSR activities being implemented through Foundation

- Conceptualizing New Projects.

- Report writing for the activities

- Coordination with Unit Community Development Cells for MIS generation

- Presentation of Foundation's activities at different forum

Key Responsibility:

- Preparing indicators for the project being implemented at units in consultation with the Unit Community Development Cells

- Regular Monitoring of activities based on indicators and preparing report.

- Promote scheme for employees volunteering in CSR at Noida office and across all locations

- Identifying new opportunities for the expansion of activities under Foundation.

- Project writing and developing LFA(Logical Frame Work Analysis)

- Contributing creativity and ideas to the development of strategies.

- Writing effective proposals and plans for trusts, foundations and corporate companies.

Knowledge, skills and attributes required:

The candidate should have demonstrated the following:

Essential skills:

- The ability to self-start and bring a strong work ethic to the workplace

- Strong, proven writing skills across the media e.g. websites, reports, project proposals, press releases

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Strong project and event management skills

- Ability to coordinate with multiple agencies, stakeholders and partners and keep them aligned to the goals and processes of the Awards

- Writing skills

- Financial management skills

- The ability to work with multiple teams with clear strategies and organized

- Enthusiasm for travel

- Ability to grasp and communicate complex social issues effectively to various audiences

- Ability to juggle different tasks simultaneously

- Enthusiasm and perseverance!

Desirable Skills:

- Understanding of the development sector in India

- Interested in social entrepreneurship work

- A desire to get involved in the work of the organisation, beyond the communications brief

- Html knowledge

- Experience of a communications environment and the roles therein

- Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team of social workers, PR agencies, Media persons, business leaders, cooperatives and business managers.

- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.

Minimum education qualification and work experience requirements:

- Masters in Rural development / Management / Social work from premier institute like XISS, IRMA TISS etc.

- 5 - 10 years of experience with corporate / foundations/ industrial units related to formulations, execution and management of CD / CSR / rehabilitation & resettlements projects.

- Candidates working in International NGOs or corporate foundations will be given preference

Compensation and Benefits:

- Will be based on knowledge and experience and will be comparable to other NGO

- A probation period of three months is applicable.
