Analyst - Material Management

Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to :

- Providing analysis and the necessary guidance to Management for purposes of helping them make appropriate decisions in Material Management

- Gathering financial information related to Material Management

- Analyzing financial information

- Making recommendation

- Assessing the economic performance of similar industries, and giving a detailed analysis of the same to Management.

- Analyzing prevailing trend in financial services of the Material Department, business practices, and competition

- Reviewing new policies and regulations and projecting the effect that the same could have on the investments

- Evaluating the ability of governments or companies that issue financial bonds related to Clients / Vendor

- Analyzing financial data, spotting trends and developing forecasts

- Measuring financial risks associated with a specific investment

- Writing reports and making presentations for purposes of recommending the purchase or selling specific investments.

- Answering Management queries regarding any changes that may happen in their benefit plans or consequences of a change in career

MIS :

- Analysis of Monthly / Quarterly / Financials on Material Management

- Preparation of Weekly report on weekly basis

- Support for monthly financial reporting

- Preparation of stock utilization report for JTC

Feasibility Studies :

- Preparation of benchmarking

- The above listed are illustrative and not exclusive and the Management may call for any other job to be done as required and warranted as and when arises.

Accountability and Authority (QHSE)

- Responsible for safe work practices

- Responsible for identifying and reporting any unsafe, hazardous act, source and situation.

- Accountable for compliance with legal and customer requirements.

- Accountable for implementing QHSE procedures, policies and work instructions at respective area of work.
