JTC - Financial Analyst

 Job Summary -

- The primary purpose of the role is to support the financial planning team and senior management in strategic finance-driven planning and decision-making. The main responsibilities include planning & budgeting, pricing and feasibility studies.

Responsibilities and Duties ;

- Outline the functions a person in this position will perform on a regular basis.

- Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans for the company by analyzing and presenting financial information.

- Prepare the annual budget and multi-year forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for the company and its business divisions.

- Prepare and revise financials forecasts based on company performance and market conditions.

- Develop and update financial reports and dashboards for internal use by collecting, analyzing, formatting and presenting information.

- Develop, analyze and revise standard pricing models for business operations.

- Develop customized project pricing models based on the unique requirements of various new projects.

- Perform feasibility analysis for new Capex investments, and support decision making on new investments.

- Market and competitor analysis: analyze the performance of other companies and provide insights on market trends.

- Analyze various financial and operational data to provide inputs to management for strategic decision making.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications -

- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from reputed institutions

- 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis/planning roles

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and practical applications

- Good written and verbal communication skills
