Role :

- Manager / Sr. Manager - Accounts Receivable

Education Qualifications / Background:

- 5+ years of experience with Chartered Accountant / MBA /CMA

Responsibilities

- Sales NSR & Discounts Provisioning

- SAP Functional Knowledge

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office

- Ability to identify industry trends that impact business performance. Experience in building a decision support system.

- Functional knowledge of relevant commercial Laws/Acts, Banking rules & procedures, TDS, GST, IND-As.

- Strong analytical and reasoning skills

- Exposure to large manufacturing industry with having customers channel as Dealers, OEMs, Distributors, Major Corporates etc.

Key Accountability:

- Monitoring of Receivables & Accuracy of AR Trial Balance

- Sales NSR & Discounts Provisioning

- Credit Control Management

- Customer Activities

- Automation and Digitalization

- Internal Control & Audit Compliances

- Legal & Statutory Compliances

Major Activities/ Tasks

- Ensuring all outstanding against channel finance are taken and receipts of the same are punched .

- Ensure All bank receipts & Bill Discounting receipts are posted immediately .

- Monthly preparation of NSR for various products and timely provisioning of all Discounts .

- Checking of credit worthiness of overdue customers, taking approval/consent with higher authorities for further dispatches

- Reconciliations, DN/ CN, Virtual Bank Accounts, LC, BG, Customer Visits .

- Receivables controls and overdue collections. GST declarations .

- Should be part of Digitalization team for automation and digitalization of existing process and brining industry best & next processes .

- Strong internal control on all transaction from order to cash

- Ensure compliance with DOP and policies for routine transactions. Providing input/ support for improvement in existing policies /DOP.

- Evaluate process-related risks, frauds, controls, compliance with statutory and company policies.

- Maintain audit recommendation tracker .

- Ensuring compliance of all the related acts /laws (TDS, GST, Company law and related party compliances etc.)
