- JSW Group is spearheading a new mission called JSW One to build the most preferred one stop, omni-channel & integrated tech-led offering for SMEs, Independent Home Builders (IHBs) and turn-key construction contractors leveraging existing products and distribution network of JSW Steel, Cement & Paints.

- To fulfil the above mission, we're looking for entrepreneurial and experienced product managers to join our team in Mumbai and play a key role in building the product and the technology. You will be building products that completely change the home builder's experience and bring transparency, trust & delight to the home construction process. Working directly with both customer and internal technology and business leaders alike, this role presents an opportunity to have a tangible impact on the future of the home construction industry.

What you'll do :

- Define and drive overall product vision, strategy and metrics for the construction design tools & visualizer product

- Help create a home construction design tool to generate architecture design plans (elevations, floor plans, structural designs etc) at scale

- Create an interactive visualizer for end customers to get complete clarity on the design of their future homes and to make them more engaged in decision making

- Build relations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed.

- Work with the UI team to conceptualize a unique and delightful user expereince

- Collaborate with a team of Product Managers as we continue to evolve our product offering.

- Work passionately to ensure your team is focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs.

- Ensure that innovation and disruption are primary characteristics of our DNA.

Who you are:

- Over 7 years of experience working with agile development teams

- Experience in architect firms working on design tools

- Experience in 3d design, interactive visual interfaces

- High customer centricity and experience in building consumer interfaces

- Good understanding of next gen technologies that will be used for platform engineering and how some of them can be used in new product features

- You have a big interest in building relations with internal stakeholders and learning about their projects and needs.

- You are a great team leader, caring both about the physical & mental health of individuals and technical health of the team's products.

- You demonstrate strong communication and project management skills.

- You have deep technical knowledge of how to optimize user experiences in applications powered by the internet and a big interest in using data and insights to guide work.

- You enjoy participating in complex technical discussions and decision-making in the team.
