JSW - Product Analyst - Construction System

JSW Group is spearheading a new mission called JSW One to build the most preferred one stop, omni-channel & integrated tech-led offering for MSMEs, Independent Home Builders (IHBs) and turn-key construction contractors leveraging existing products and distribution network of JSW Steel, JSW Cement & JSW Paints.

To fulfil the above mission, we're looking for entrepreneurial and experienced product analysts to join our team in Mumbai and play a key role in building the product and the technology. For the MSME team, you will be building products that set the foundation to digitize the procurement of steel across hundreds of thousands of manufacturers across India. For the Homes team, you will build products that completely change the home builder's experience and bring transparency, trust & delight to the home construction process and have a tangible impact on the future of the home construction industry.

What you'll do : 

- Define and drive product vision, strategy and metrics for the MSME or the home construction solutions product

- Work closely with product managers to identify problems, opportunities and solutions that will improve the experience for our end users and allow internal teams to innovate

- Build relations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed

- Gather understanding of customer engagement and best practices that can help build a world-class platform

- Ensure that innovation and disruption are primary characteristics of our DNA.

Who you are : 

- Experience with working with agile development teams building large scale consumer products, and/or experience in the steel or construction domain

- Good understanding of next gen technologies that will be used for platform engineering and how some of them can be used in new product features

- You have a big interest in building relations with internal stakeholders and learning about their projects and needs.

- High customer centricity and experience in building consumer interfaces

- You demonstrate strong communication and project management skills

- You enjoy participating in complex technical discussions and decision-making in the team

- You are a curious go-getter. You can inspire change, adapt quickly and enjoy a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
