Responsibility :
- Drive the overall product vision, strategy, and metrics
- Collaborate closely with the team to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions to enhance the end-user experience and foster internal innovation
- Establish and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to gather input, receive feedback, and keep them informed about product developments
- Gain a deep understanding of market business processes, incorporating best practices to build a top-tier platform
- Collaborate with a team of Product Managers within the department to advance the combined product offering
- Passionately guide the team to prioritize tasks effectively, balancing short-term and long-term objectives
- Cultivate a culture where innovation and disruption are integral aspects of the organization's DNA
Qualification & Criteria :
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in product management
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
- Demonstrated ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution
- Proficiency in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis
- Demonstrate high ownership to drive delivery across multi-functional teams
- Track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Experience in defining and analyzing product metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly
- Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive results
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA & additional certifications in product management are a plus
