- MSMEs: Those in the manufacturing business that require steel for industrial use.

- Independent Home Builders (IHB's): Those who build residential properties on their own land (may not be an enterprise).

- Independent Customers: Builders, who develop properties for personal end use.

- Influencers: This group consists of masons, contractors, architects, fabricators, interior designers and such.

JSW One MSME is a B2B e-commerce platform for steel consumers, connecting micro, small and medium enterprises with steel distributors. At JSW One MSME, one can purchase steel at competitive prices, with doorstep delivery at the click of a button. We aspire to bring transparency & competitive pricing, trust, quality product, timely delivery, and after-sales support in steel purchases. The platform shall also facilitate financing solutions and credit offers by banks and distributors for MSME's steel purchases on the platform.

Location: Mumbai. Candidates should be open to travel for business.

Who you are:

We seek an experienced CRM Marketer to lead our SMS, email, and push channels in India working closely with our International, Database Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Merchandising, Brand, Strategic Marketing, and Marketing Technology teams to build locally relevant communications through automation and segmentation.

Core Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate who has shown success in creating and driving channel engagement and buyer frequency through SMS, email, and push notifications communications and is excited by the prospect of improving channel marketing through user segmentation, data-driven automation, content optimization, and product improvements. An ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically about messaging cadence, content programming, targeting, and user experience. Build and execute our CRM strategy with agility, leveraging marketing automation technology, with a strong desire to work for a fast-paced company that does things differently.

Strategic calendar planning in partnership with other Marketing teams such as Strategic Marketing, Brand, Design, and Product Marketing

- Work closely with the Database Marketing and Marketing Analytics team to identify and target key buyer cohorts with personalized messaging at scale, writing briefs and technical requirements needed to launch campaigns

- Execute longitudinal and multi-variant testing across multiple audiences and launch experiments to optimize the channel performance with a focus on meeting or exceed CRM goals, including buyer retention and seller growth

- Implement continuous optimization of marketing platform features/tools, and related processes to ensure the team remains agile and responsive to the business

- Program and produce localized campaigns using HTML to build and deploy emails as needed including coding personalization and dynamic content, end-to-end quality assurance and proof all outgoing campaigns are accurate and to brief

- Assisting with ad hoc initiatives as needed, including working with CRM automations on special projects

- Deliver and maintain analytics reporting that measures the performance of each campaign on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis

- Communicate and coordinate status updates, launch confirmations, ETAs, blockers, and campaign results on a weekly basis

- 3+ years direct marketing experience with proven success in rolling out omni-channel marketing strategies and executing highly targeted SMS, email and push marketing programs in a fast-paced environment

- Organized, efficient, and inventive leader with advanced problem solving skills, outstanding attention to detail, effective communication skills, and excellent time management abilities.

- Agile and quick to adapt to the evolving business needs and objectives but also acutely aware of long term goals

- Accountability to deliver high quality work and are proactive to share new ideas with peers and leadership

- Highly collaborative and operate with integrity, confidence, and compassion.

- Passionate about supporting small businesses and deeply care about the Etsy buyer and seller experience.

- Understand local policies and global policies including CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR requirements, inbox deliverability standards, and user data privacy compliance

- Understand the basics of data segmentation and data attribution: Some SQL knowledge preferred

- Have worked with a third party email service provider: Braze strongly preferred

- Have intermediate to advanced HTML and API call experience

- Have knowledge about high growth e-commerce platforms and market specific challenges and opportunities

- Have experience rolling out Omni-channel marketing strategies

Must haves

- 4+ years direct marketing experience with proven success in rolling out omni-channel marketing strategies and executing highly targeted SMS, email and push marketing programs in a fast-paced environment

- Organized, efficient, and inventive leader with advanced problem solving skills, outstanding attention to detail, effective communication skills, and excellent time management abilities.

- Agile and quick to adapt to the evolving business needs and objectives but also acutely aware of long term goals

- Accountability to deliver high quality work and are proactive to share new ideas with peers and leadership

- Highly collaborative and operate with integrity, confidence, and compassion.
