- MSMEs: Those in the manufacturing business that require steel for industrial use.

- Independent Home Builders (IHB's): Those who build residential properties on their own land (may not be an enterprise).

- Independent Customers: Builders, who develop properties for personal end use.

- Influencers: This group consists of masons, contractors, architects, fabricators, interior designers and such.

What you'll do:

- Define and drive Talent Acquisition vision, strategy and metrics.

- Develop company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing

- Work closely with Business Heads on determining the organizational needs and anticipate future employment needs

- Managing all aspects of recruitment - from campus to executive hiring

- Work closely with HR Head to build a brand on Social media and other relevant avenues

- identify problems, opportunities and solutions that will improve the candidate experience and recruitment process

- Vendor management and evaluation to ensure the right partnership and evaluate the performance time to time

- Build robust recruitment process and policies, to ensure seamless operations and help employees participate in the growth story through referral channels.

- Leveraging ATS platforms for hiring

- Managing recruitment budget

Who you are:

- You have 7+ years of experience working with agile teams building organizations through Talent Acquisition

- MBA from a premier Institute

- You have a good understanding of Technology and Product Management hiring along with hiring in other domains

- You have hands on experience on Talent acquisition on working with vendor partners, Job portals and other hiring channels.

- You have hands on experience with Application tracking system

- You have a team management experience

- You have strong analytical skills and detail-orientedness

- Impactful presentation style

- You have strong communication and project management skills

- You are a curious go-getter. You can inspire change, adapt quickly and enjoy a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
