Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze digital marketing data, including website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance metrics.
- Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor the performance of online advertising campaigns across various channels (social media, search engines, email marketing, etc.).
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour.
- Provide insights on market dynamics to shape digital marketing strategies.
- Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work towards maximizing ROI by identifying cost-effective channels and tactics.
- Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals.
- Plan and execute A/B testing to optimize various elements of digital campaigns, such as ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages.
- Conduct SEO analysis to improve organic search visibility and website rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page conversion rates.
- Implement CRO strategies to enhance user experience and drive desired actions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, designers, and developers to implement data-driven strategies.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to enhance overall marketing performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, SEO, and CRO concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mind-set and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.

Digital Marketing certification - Google adword, blueprint, google analytics, api calling - atleast one mandatory
