Purpose of the job:
Business development function is responsible for adoption of lending programs & disbursements and ensuring that client's financing needs are met.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand customer personas and credit needs across customer cohorts be it based on size of client and/or industry segment they operate in. Role will require extensive client visits.
- Identify relevant clients under respective credit program to achieve disbursement targets.
- Work closely with sales and credit risk teams to help approve clients under lending program and achieve disbursement targets. Ensure compliance to all documentation basis the lenders requirement
- Wear a sales and credit enablement hat at the same time be cognizant of the underlying risks
- Define and manage credit sales funnel, create dashboard and MIS for reporting and tracking
- Works closely with credit risk to monitor program health, and timely collections
- Collaborate and provide feedback to credit risk and alliances team for program design and changes
- Work with product team to help define user journey on the platform
Who can apply:
- 5-8 year of SME Banking, Working Capital Banking sales experience across banks and NBFC
- Knowledge of B2B lending products, from lender and fintech perspective
- SME handling and understanding of customer expectations
- High data and analytics orientation
- Stakeholder management, business expectation fulfillment and problem solver and should be flexible and swift to adopt start up pace.
