The platform provides tech-enabled tool for its customers to track the progress of their home construction and manage the cost, quality and timeline of their home construction project.

Purpose of the job: Responsible for managing business planning & operations, managing data, analytics & processes. Driving key strategic initiatives across regions. Growth strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Track business performance and support sales team for analytical requirements

- Conduct process mapping and identify internal inefficiencies

- Access Business Requirements & Evidence based recommendations for process improvements

- Automate Reports & Reduce manual dependency

- Recommend and launch new relevant formats

- Co-ordinate for manual dependency

- Owning business analysis and process reengineering projects

- Interpreting complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders

- Documenting business process modeling activities for future reference

Who can apply :

- Engineer + MBA (preferable from premier institute)

- 5+ years of Business Analytics/Consultation roles with experience in B2B segment (pre or post MBA).

- Consultation industry preferred

- Self-starter and driven

- Language Skills: fluent in English.
