JSW One - Brand Marketing Field Coordinator

Overview

We seek a talented, experienced Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be based out of Delhi. As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will plan and execute promotional campaigns to ensure channel visibility. Also, be responsible for partnering with the sales team to support brand activation and manage key account relationships.

Job requirements and responsibilities

- Coordinate with the central business/marketing team to execute the brand activities as per the business requirements.

- Influencer engagement (shop meets / retailer meets / contractor + engineer meets, training, etc.) across districts/states

- Identifying, planning and executing marketing campaigns to expand JSW One's brand reach across the market (in coordination with the sales/marketing/business teams).

- Ensure implementation of on-ground marketing activities (in-shop branding/signages/wall/shutter painting, etc.) with external agencies

- Develop and manage relationships with key vendors and partners. Ensure timely payments and support

- Regular audits/checks on the on-ground execution.

- MIS on the execution activities + handling of the budgets.

- POS Management: Ensure availability of product collaterals, fliers etc., at retailer locations

Qualifications:

- Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

- Proven work experience as a Trade marketing manager or similar role (4+ years)

- Excellent project management skills

- Strong communication skills and eye for detail

- Strong analytical and research skills

- Must be comfortable travelling across the North region as this job requires to be on-field at least 50% of the time
