Job Responsibilities

- Must have strong experience on SAP Payroll AND Compensation

- Should Have handled payroll of the employees in SAP

- Should have exposure to process and update the F&F settlement of resigned employees in SAP

- Should have process and update the monthly deductions of the employees for payroll processing

- Would be responsible to file the daily, weekly & monthly basis reports.

- Must have exposure to coordinate with TPA and Insurance for Employee Mediclaim

- Regular MBA from well known Universities /have a Certification in the HR Module of SAP and they are more focused at the execution level for processing Salary on a monthly basis in SAP and its allied processes. They should be proficient in MS Excel Skills too.
