JPM Exports -Head - Finance/Accounts & Compliance - CA

Job Description

- Develop and manage team, including mentoring and coaching

- Own and manage financial accounting and related activities i.e. day to day accounting, month end closures, receivables and payables management, ledger reconciliations

- Half Yearly and annual finalisation and consolidation of accounts of group companies.

- Working Capital and Cash Flow Management

- Owning and ensuring compliance with all legal compliances- TDS returns, GST returns, Income Tax Filings, DGFT

- Preparation and presentation of financial projections and other related reports for working capital and term loan availment.

- Create and implement scalable processes, policies and internal controls across various revenue, expense and balance sheet account activities

- Manage the relationship and activities with external auditors, tax specialists and bank officials.

Qualifications/Requirements :

- CA (5-8 yrs of relevant experience)/ B.Com graduates with excellent relevant experience shall also be considered.

- Expertise in TDS provisions, general GST provisions, and Income Tax provisions is a mandate

- Extensive experience in independently handling projects for finalisation of accounts for a company

- Expert in Tally, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and relevant ERP systems

- Manufacturing concern and foreign trade experience will be preferred

- Managerial experience and mentoring of junior team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal guidance

Salary offered : 10-14 lacs p.a.
