Looking for a recruiter who specializes in Lateral hiring in Specifically Analytics domain.  Location : Mumbai or Bangalore  Employment type : Part-time, Contract  Job responsibilities :  - 4+ yrs experience in hiring Analytics, Reporting, Machine Learning, data science roles  - Sourcing the right candidates basis the job description  - Interviewing skills to ensure the right candidate fit  - Offer negotiation  - Offer administration  - Post offer pre-joining administrative work  - Stakeholder management  Job Description :  - Coordinate day-to-day recruitment logistics across all India GSC locations with search firms, hiring managers, HR Business Partners and service centre in Mumbai.  - Source and Screen CVs and conduct interviews on junior recruitments  - Conduct day-to-day recruitment administrations including reporting, filing, etc.  - Ad hoc projects   Essential Skills/Experience :  - 2-3 years recruitment administration experience, preferably in banking or financial industry  - Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment  - Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities  - Proficient communication, energetic and take initiatives   Preferred Skills/Experience :  - Experience of recruiting within the APAC region is an advantage   Language requirements :  - Fluent in written & spoken English  Shifts : 1 pm to 10pm shifts.
