Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital. GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. F&BM team drives business management, financial analysis, vendor management, strategy governance and internal communications for AWM Technology organization. Business Management teams manage headcount governance, budgeting and forecasting, spend governance, location strategy and executive reporting for India based teams across Mumbai and Bengaluru. Key responsibilities & Deliverables: Overall Responsibilities : The role is part of the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) organization supporting AWM Technology. F&BM team drives business management, financial analysis, vendor management, strategy governance and internal communications for AWM Technology organization. Business Management teams manage headcount governance, budgeting and forecasting, spend governance, location strategy and executive reporting for India based teams across Mumbai and Bengaluru. Key Deliverables: - Provide Business Management support for AWM Technology India (LOB) supporting Forecasting, Budgeting, Location Strategy, Spend governance and analytics - Manage risk and control agenda for AWM Technology India (LOB) - Act as signing authority for all headcount and spend requests to enable budget adherence - Manage seat utilization and allocations for all India locations ensuring efficient resource utilization - Work closely with various support teams such as GT India CIO office, Resiliency, Real Estate teams, Recruitment teams to drive key strategies - Continually evolve the analytics and data presentations to enable fast and accurate decision making Skills/ experience required: Professional Skills: - Proactive approach to problem solving; strong analytical skills - Ability to handle sensitive HR-related data and maintain confidentiality - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing and relationship building skills - Expertise in planning and financial control management - Attention to details and a self-starter - Fosters positive working relationships; manage stakeholders globally - Ability to deliver/extract/report/analyze high quality data in time crunched circumstances - Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure; flexibility and ability to prioritize requests and multi-task Education & Experience: - 15+ years of work experience, primarily in Business Management, Seat Allocations, Executive Reporting, Financial Analysis & Program Management - Experience in large, global multi-tiered organizations, preferably in the financial services industry.
