Define Metrics, KPIs / KRAs, coach process managers to improve performance - Partner with change managers to drive Business Transformation. Contribute to the firm wide Strategy for the transformation of PRDU's System of Record - Global stakeholder management : Maintain a harmonious relationship with global stakeholders, effectively syndicating on relevant issues, influencing to arrive at the right decisions - People Leadership: Attract, retain and develop top talent. Develop and maintain a world class and productive team. Ensure strong focus on short and long term objectives, training, succession planning, career development, and managing career opportunities Qualifications &amp; Skills required : - 15+ years Operations experience with at least 3 years of experience driving projects at a CXO level - People Management Experience of at least 4 years with managing a Process Improvement team of at least 4 Project Managers - Tell a Great story - Discipline to drive at detailed insights &amp; the creativity to be able to weave details &amp; powerful insights to tell a great story.
