CB- Procedures- Project Manager -Vice President Description: Core Responsibilities: - Serve as project lead responsible for the creation and maintenance of all new build project documentation including: project charters, project plans (using MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, JIRA), table of contents outlines (in both Word and Excel), project communications, and regular status updates to key stakeholders (leveraging data extracts from SharePoint project sites). - Engages in defining data architecture with business / IT partners and driving adoption of data governance standards - Support management on ad hoc projects and the maintenance of monthly reporting. - Creates a culture of continuous improvement by designing and rolling out strategic process re-engineering programs to improve efficiencies and reducing operating costs. - Directly manages and coaches team on a day to day basis - Maintain awareness of significant changes impacting the business, both internally and externally, and ensure appropriate actions to accommodate or address within ongoing efforts Required Qualifications: - 7+ years practical experience with technical/procedural writing, editing, communication, and writing skills. - Fluency with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePoint. - Leads on the design of controls and the control framework to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the respected environment. - Globally recognized as a champion of integrity, fairness and responsibility through promoting an inclusive, respectful, work environment. - Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. - Partners with upstream and downstream process owners to proactively identify areas for improving process quality, control, and productivity. - Designs optimal target state operating models and develops implementation plans in partnership with technology and business stakeholders - Develops expertise in digital tools (RPA, OCR etc. ) and leads the delivery of digital solutions that create tangible, sustainable benefits. - Familiarity with Agile project development methodologies and working knowledge JIRA and GITHub, Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in financial services. - Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management - Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes - Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skill - Ensures completion of daily processes and compliance with relevant procedures, policies, controls, and regulations, and escalation protocols. - Awareness and practical understanding of current technologies, and their application and relevance to digital and overall client experiences. - Experience in Commercial Banking. - Familiarity with JPMC Products and Implementation Workflow and Process. - Communicates operations strategies effectively via multiple communications channels.
