Vice President -Product - SPG Description : Responsibilities include : - Produce & prioritize backlog for development and estimation. Manage continuously shifting business priorities and resolve conflict with commitments. - Prepares and presents product plans. Identifies risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs, and retirement plans. - Ability to manage backlog and ensure smooth and continuous delivery of committed backlog year-round across with multiple scrum teams. - Attend and actively participate in scrum meetings such as sprint planning, standup, demos, and retrospectives. - Provides content for product roadmaps, ensures timely delivery, and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps. - Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions. Practices open and honest communications with clients. - Completes business scope documents and defines and documents user personas for individual products. - Acts as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution. - Works closely with development teams to review enhancement requests for strategic value and convey the product vision to the team. - Conduct client demos of new and upcoming functionality. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications : - 8+ years of relevant financial servicing & business leadership experience. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or other Agile/Scrum certifications a plus. - Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure. - Effective presentation and interpersonal skills. - Excellent skills in communicating ideas both written and verbal. - Expertise in business requirements writing and communication. - Must have a solid ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to both. - Must have the ability easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes. - Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase is a plus. - Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle is a plus. - Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams a plus.
