CIB_ Payments Ops FX -Vice President Description: Summary of responsibility: - Management responsibility for the Payments Ops FX change agenda and coordination - Day to day responsibilities involve working with tech, operations and various cross line of business teams to support the continuous improvements and expansion of the group - Ensuring that all teams in our organisation have a tech improvement agenda and track progress of these - Assisting with Identifying and investigating any root causes of issues - Establishing an excellent relationship with our FX Product colleagues, sales and other internal clients - Participating in process improvement initiatives - Ensure that any issues are escalated Skills and Qualifications: - Experience in an operational / financial services / customer services environment. - Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload whilst working as part of a team, and able to work under pressure - Strong communication skills, experience of building phone relationships a desirable quality. - Take ownership and display the ability to follow through with departmental objectives whilst taking into account risks involved in daily processing. - Knowledge of FTS, TSSFX, IRECS and PRPC would be of benefit - Well-developed problem solving skills and results-orientated - Capability to prioritize, think laterally and understand the big picture - FX product experience is desirable, although not essential.
