This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: - Minimum 12 years of Industry experience and at least 8+ years hands on API Development work experience. - Rich experience in developing microservices and API journey into cloud such as AWS. - Experience working on Mobile Android development is preferred. - Strong Communications skills with Ability to Represent; as this role requires to interface with senior leadership. - Strong Stake holder management. - Strong Techno Functional skills with Ability to Drive for Results. - Strong Design skills with the ability to Learn quickly ; to help drive the teams to understand and adhere to best practices to drive optimal solutions. - Strong Thought Leadership skills to help the team to drive for innovation. - Strong People skills to manage thru the turbulent times. - Good understanding of Application Architecture & ability to optimize the designs hindering the performance of the mobile applications. - Good understanding middleware/APIs and Solid understanding data eco system. - Solid understanding of Banking Domain. - Experience with working on Databases such as Oracle, DB2; Operating Systems such as MAC and Windows; Products such as JIRA, Bit bucket, Mobile Application Framework such as MVVM preferred.
