CTS Payments Team is looking for a hands-on Release manager with Tech risk experience. The role, based in Bangalore, India exists within an expanding technology team which is focused on delivering timely Infra solutions in response to increasing business demand.

The individual will need to have hands-on Release management & Development experience and the role requires a high level of flexibility and ability to react quickly to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment driven by market pressure

Job Description

As an experienced member of our Software Engineering - DevOps Group, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities as follows:

Tech Skills Required :

- Expertise in CI/CD Approaches

- Expertise in modern DEVOPS stack-CI/CD tools, Bitbucket/ Git / Jenkins / Bamboo / Maven / Gradle / Jmeter and ability to troubleshoot its processes

- Understanding of IAC and able to have a practical implementation.

- Command on DevOps pipeline automation technologies and Tools

- Cloud Skills- AWS

- Hands on experience with container technology using Kubernetes, containers- Dockers

- Good knowledge of scripting languages: Groovy / Python / UNIX Shell

- Proficiency (7+ years experience) in one or more modern programming languages, web technologies for example JAVA/GO

- Working knowledge of log analysis and monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Netcool, Tivoli, Prometheus, Grafana

- Working knowledge of Config Management Tools- Puppet/Ansible

Qualifications :

- A university degree. Engineering, numerical, or computer science degrees preferred.

- 12+ years' experience working on large/medium sized projects ideally in Java EE with Payments Domain - Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

- Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems

- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices

- Ability to multi task and prioritize with urgency and should be able to make decisions.

- Keen understanding of financial control and budget management.

- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.

- Passionate about building an innovative culture.
