Information Security Mgmt Vice President Job Description : - Our Information Security professionals are passionate about information security and control solutions for computing environments. While managing a world-class team of technology experts, you'll partner with one or more disciplines, lines of business, regions or locations to respond to evolving business requirements and emerging threats. You'll also leverage your expert knowledge of today's ever-changing cybersecurity and risk landscape to influence IT operations across the firm. Responsibilities include offering guidance, best practices, and support across businesses, leading risk reviews and vulnerability assessments, identifying threats, communicating with senior leaders and other stakeholders, and managing budgets. Job responsibilities include: - Work both independently and in a team setting to ensure that key risks are identified and assessed in a program of technology coverage. - Lead in the planning and execution of engagements while complying with control readiness methodology and industry professional standards. - Ensure proper testing of internal and external controls, manage the on-going communication and reporting processes with stakeholders. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology leaders and related control groups. - Monitor key risk indicators and escalate emerging technology issues to management in a timely fashion. Qualifications: This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: - BA/BS in MIS, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Technology Audit, or related field. - 12+ years of experience in Technology Audit or Security, Risk and Controls. - Working knowledge of application and infrastructure controls. - Ability to assess technology controls. - Basic understanding of key IT impacting regulations and standards such as PCI and GLBA. - Experience working with various technology delivery channels including desktop, web and mobile, and infrastructure software including operating systems and databases. - Willingness to research and learn the fundamentals of new technologies, platforms, and tools. - Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with minimal supervision. - Ability to build strong partnerships with key technology stakeholders and across the IT and business audit teams through a proactive, open, communicative approach. - CISA or CISSP is a plus.
