HR Business Partner ( Risk Analytics &amp; Front Office )- Vice President - This HRBP position will be part of broader HR team covering India Branch, and Analytics COEs in India spanning CIB, and Risk &amp; Compliance. The role will be covering specific client groups within each of these groups. The role requires a self-starter who thrives in a demanding, fast paced global environment with focus on execution and the ability to leverage resources from multiple areas to deliver results.&nbsp; - It is important for the individual to be able to operate effectively within a highly matrixed global organization. The role reports into Head of Human Resources for India Branch and Analytics COEs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : - Client management - Support client teams by playing a consultative role towards development and execution of people agenda. Support and work with the regional or global line of business HRBPs and specialist teams to translate business-aligned HR initiatives into tangible actions. - Year-end process - Partner with clients and senior HRBPs on full year compensation cycle such as Talent Reviews, promotion review, work with client teams to ensure consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, compensation planning process. - ER case management - Work through the resolution of Employee Relations cases by actively partnering with ER in determining the correct process and strategy to minimize any financial, legal and reputational risk to the Firm. Ensure the relevant global/regional stakeholders are aware of any proposed action and have provided the necessary approvals. - Projects - Effectively manage and participate in location projects and events, cases and transactions ensuring Risk and Control discipline and Customer Focus. Projects can span outside the teams directly covered by the individual. - Relocation and transfer - Manages expat, visa and relocation with various expat team members for costing requests and application assistance. Provides guidance to managers and employees on process and advises on risk to business. - Process improvement - Recommend improvements in internal processes for efficient HR operations. - Analysis and Reporting - Ensure timely and transparent analysis and reporting of people metrics. Essential Skills/ Experience : - 10+ years of HR generalist experience - Proven experience to independently manage and provide HR advice to clients - Strong HR knowledge across multiple HR disciplines and systems - Experienced in managing HR regulatory agenda for front-office banks - Ability to manage and navigate a complex and matrixed global organization, and partners effectively with multiple client areas and HR teams - Demonstrates strong business judgment and high attention to detail, while handling multiple demands and shifting priorities - Strong team player; operates with professionalism and responsiveness. Knows when to escalate matters for appropriate resolution - Strong presentation and communication skills.
