CIB Vice President Financial Planning and Analysis (Treasury) Corporate Investment Bank - Vice President (Mumbai) - CIB Treasury Planning &amp; Analysis Business Description: - The CIB Treasury P&amp;A team, is aligned within CIB Treasury whose primary responsibility is the management of forecasts and plan for purposes of managing business activities across Treasury strategies (i.e. balance sheet, funding, liquidity, G-SIB, RWA, capital and leverage strategies) . This team is also responsible for providing various analytics for senior management across all the regulatory constraints to support CIB objectives of maximizing return on capital, balance sheet usage, liquidity and leverage. - Stakeholders of the group include CIB Finance senior management, business heads, product controllers &amp; planning and analysis. The team works extensively with the LOB Product control groups and CIB Treasury to ensure complete and accurate reporting of risk weighted assets, balance sheet, capital and liquidity for both actuals and forecasts. The group also works closely with the Corporate Finance Reporting, Corporate Treasury, Corporate P&amp;A, RCMO (Regulatory Capital Management Office) to ensure a complete understanding of business issues and the accurate execution of policies. Job Description: The individual will be based in Mumbai and will lead the Mumbai CIB Treasury P&amp;A team and support the New York team in deliverables relating to forecasting, planning and analysis of Balance Sheet, NII and FTP in support of current year forecasts as well in support of the firm's multi-year budget process along with full support to annual Stress Cycles (CCAR, ICCAP etc). The individual will support the monthly forecast process as well as other Treasury P&amp;A strategic projects on an as-needed basis. The applicant will also support control agenda requirements which includes SOPs, User Tool documentation and action plan remediation. Job responsibilities will include: - Manage and oversee a team whose deliverables include CIB forecasting, planning and articulation of results. This includes partnering across all CIB sub lines of business to ensure lines of business ("LOB's") produce forecasts that align to latest corporate and business level objectives. - Drive the production and prioritization of the preparation, review and submission of the CCAR FR Y-14M and FR Y-14Q reporting to the FRB. - Drive team P&amp;A support for CIB Treasury Product Control function for the CIBT P&amp;L - Core &amp; Capital Book; this includes surveying revenue and balance sheet projections and coordinating deliverables across stakeholders - Partner closely with central team and sub- line of business controllers (both financial controllers and product controllers to support reporting and forecasting needs. - Ensure team provides adequate support to partner across line controllers to coordinate offline weekly/monthly balance sheet projections for spot and average asset and liability balances as well as provide support in gathering liquidity forecast inputs - Support ad-hoc requests around growth initiatives as well as investor day and press release presentations. - Provide control oversight for Mumbai-based CIB Treasury team. Guide and develop skills of Mumbai location junior team members. Ensure team resiliency through cross-training, documentation, and process. - Critically assess all on-going workstreams to ensure process efficiency and control. Serve as primary filter on new requests and act as lead point of accountability for outgoing work from team. - Liaise, partner and build strong relationship with key stakeholders across P&amp;A and line controller teams - Guide local decisions on staffing and resourcing; groom and develop junior team members.
