The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.  Designation: Vice President Employee Relations  Location: Bangalore  Description:  The Case Manager will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the India Global Service Center by partnering with HRBPs, Global Security & Investigation, and HR Legal in the handling and resolution of Employee Relations issues.  Responsibilities:  - Consult and partner with stakeholders to accurately diagnose issues and provide advice and solutions that maximize business results.  - Manage end to end Investigations and HR Issues  - Must manage HR Risk and Compliance  - Handle investigation of cases including liaising with relevant stakeholders/key risk management colleagues  - Prepare show cause, case notes and schedule/ coordinate for committee meetings  - Provide guidance during an investigation and recommend appropriate corrective action  - Prepare Investigation Reports  - Log and track the development of cases through Answer key  - Performs other tasks as may be assigned within the scope of ER case management  - Analyse and recommend the current updates and measures to stakeholders.  - Onboard the new HRBPs on the model.  Qualifications  - A graduate degree in Human Resources / Law or any related course is a plus  - Candidate should have 12+ yrs of relevant experience into employee relations - Investigations, Case Management, etc.  - Must have good investigative skills/Experience  - Must have experience into case management  - Previous exposure and handling of Employee Relations issues  - Strong knowledge of the India Labor Laws  - Clear communication and writing skills  - Must at least have intermediate MS skills  - With strong values on integrity, fairness, customer focus, and relationship building
