Description: The AWM_CDO Data Quality Risk Lead will be part of the broader AWM CDO team. The individual will be the Data Quality Risk lead for AWM and will manage AWM Data Quality Issues lifecycle through various stages until closure. This requires good understanding of AWM business data (client, accounts, security, transaction, position, performance etc.) and industry best practices of data definitions, usage etc. The person will coordinate, facilitate meetings, discussion for issue analysis, and role assignment to resolution and ensure timely closure. Metrics reporting of issue progress and other critical reporting to support Data Office function. The role expects front to back ownership of all AWM Data quality issues. The individual will also help layout the Data Quality technology platform ownership with technology teams to ensure we can capture all data quality exceptions, results and dashboard capabilities. Job Responsibilities: - Partner on the strategy, vision and goals for LOB Data Quality Risk Management program - Lead the Applications Data Quality Risk Management efforts and serve as primary liaison to key stakeholders spanning AWM business, AWM Risk & Controls, AWM technology, Firmwide Technology and Firmwide Data assurance - Address Internal and External audit requirements for Data Quality Risk. Drive successful execution of multi-year program targets communicated to senior leadership and regulators - Lead upfront analysis of Data Quality Issue management and various metrics reporting. - All management and exception reporting for Data Quality Risk Exposure using tools such as Alteryx, tableau - Controls and innovation mind-set. Good People Skills and ability to drive energy levels within the team - Very strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills - Evaluate data quality and data reporting processes for gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities; provide recommendations for improvement - Act as an SME during design and implementation of data quality activities using right sets of tools, technologies, policies/processes/controls, frameworks, standards, methodologies, and best practices - Should be well versed with DQ KPIs/Dashboards and be able to define, implement, monitor and report DQ related KPIs and metrics within the organization - Should have exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking and multi-client environment and meet deadlines while delivering high quality results. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: - Experience in Finance, Consulting or Technology industries & Asset and Wealth Management - Data Risk Management or Regulatory Reporting experience. Well versed with Data lifecycle and Data Quality life cycle - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a technical or domain consultant in the field of data quality - 3 or more years in an operational environment with responsibility for daily data loads and exception management - Superior analytical skills: Quickly define and deconstruct problems. Identify patterns. Identify root causes.
