AWM - Wealth Management Operations - Asset Servicing - Vice president


DE Asset Servicing team is responsible for :

- Setup and process COACs payments for Mandatory COACs

- Income payments (Dividend, Interest)

- Global proxy; Provide client elections to "Broadridge" on behalf of the clients

- Set Up and process COACS Payments for mandatory COACS

- Ensuring BAU Execution to be best in class.

- The India team processes all domestic payments as per client's election impacting Private Banking client securities.

- To reconcile the breaks between Custody and Accounting systems

- To manage the queries from the CSG team.

- Manage and develop people effectively to run the day to day operations

- Manage various Stakeholder within AWM / Delaware and other teams.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.

- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.

- Escalation management

- Active involvement in and contribution to Global Projects / Local Initiatives.

- Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives.

- Manage and lead discussions on exceptional cases.

- People management and performance evaluation
