Experience with visualization software, preferably Tableau, Qlik Sense, REACT - Knowledge of interactive data visualization best practices. Experience leading design discovery meetings with end-users is preferred - Sound experience of Tableau concepts like filters, parameters, sets, actions, date and time functions, data relationship models - Analyzing internal processes to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as devising and implementing new innovative workflow solutions to improve data visualization. Ability to optimize dashboard performance, load time and extract refresh time - Ability to perform tasks in tight deadline and strong knowledge on Tableau extracts/hyper refresh, connection types and user's permissions. Have good understanding of data management systems and processes within the ecosystem - Ability to write SQL queries, experience with scripting language such as Python/R is added advantage. Experience working in Agile or fast paced and dynamic environment is a plus. Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, qualification in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field - 8 to 10 years of experience in data analytics at a major financial institution. 3 or more years of experience with Tableau and/or Qlikview Tool - Experience leveraging data to support business decision-making.
