CIB - Securities Services Operations - Transaction Processing Manager - Associate Job Description : The Securities Processing Department in India consists of 200+ staff and is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Asset Services, Tax Reclaims &amp; Securities Lending transactions in over 90 markets, globally. Key Responsibilities would include: - The primary responsibility of this position is to support the day to day operations for transaction processing for the Securities Lending Business, processing Settlements, Fee Billing or Reference data Operations. - Incumbent should possess knowledge on working of capital market. - Person will be responsible for end to end process management &amp; flawless delivery of process, accountable for proper change management &amp; process improvement. - Continuously develop industry/product knowledge. - Accuracy in processing in line with SOPs with no errors - Responding to routine queries/complaints and ensuring completeness - Ability to understand customer segments and apply different servicing approaches based on customer knowledge level. - Liaise with internal and external stake holders (Agents, Clients, Client Services, Senior Management &amp; Relationship managers).
