Job Responsibilities: - Perform Index set-up - Publication of levels to various vendor portals. Republications & impact analysis - Perform numerous control reconciliations to verify levels are accurate. Root cause analysis & break resolution - Mailbox Management. Responding to various stakeholders in a timely manner - Periodic review of Tradeable Indices - Compiling monthly governance material for multiple forums Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: - Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo - Knowledge of the futures and options and derivative products - Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined - Previous experience in Finance industry (operations roles) is preferred - Ability to multi-task and effectively priortise under pressure - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Knowing tools/language like Alteryx, Tableau and Python is a plus - Ability to deliver a consistently high level of customer service to both internal and external \"clients\" JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
