Job Description Key Responsibilities - Cash account reconciliation, including the investigation and reporting of breaks. - Continued review and implementation of standard operation procedures across Nostros. - Global control of internal cash breaks across income, corporate actions, including governance of offshore/Onshore production teams. - CCMS/Cosmic Account Configuration - Supporting Agent and Client Activity - Management of due to market broker claims. - Identify, drive and implement process improvements. - Management information statistics (MIS). Your Background: - Technical Skills: Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, including in cell formula, graphs, Pivot Tables and experience of using Macros. Access PowerPoint. - Reconciliation Skills: Must have reconciliation experience, and able to reconcile and investigate differences. - Previous experience of gathering and manipulating data for route cause analysis of management information statistics (MIS) - Proven ability to drive processes, identify process improvement and implement process improvements. - Demonstrated experience within a change management environment. - Track record in working in a fast moving environment with the experience of picking up new processes quickly and efficiently. - Demonstrated experience of multi-tasking and effective time management.
