CIB Controls- Reporting Hub Team Lead - The Reporting Hub Team is responsible for developing and maintaining a centralized hub for all Controls MIS and reporting. The reporting hub ensures that all Controls reporting are consistent with global requirements and minimum corporate standards and in compliance with established firm wide reporting standards. - The role demands partnership and collaboration with all LOBs and sub LOBs to ensure creation and distribution of reports in a timely manner. The role of the team lead is to ensure that reports are created in a timely manner with the highest quality of data. The role will entail creation of BCC and BCF slides, dashboards and reports. - The team lead will play a critical role in the creation and delivery of reports. The team lead will be expected to continuously focus on opportunities to improve existing processes and to provide innovative solutions towards streamlining and making processes more efficient. Key Responsibilities : To support the Controls organization with the delivery of : - Daily, weekly and monthly Controls reporting. - Creation of MIS and Governance material including analysis and cleansing. - Support the implementation of Control Framework. - Partner closely and effectively with teams across various locations to deliver high quality data. - Drive progress through effective escalation of issues and concerns. - Creation of dashboards and governance material. Required skill-set : - Analytical with good problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills to be able to manage and respond to stakeholder queries across the globe. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with teams across various locations. - Function effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and should be able to prioritize one's own work to achieve them. - Flexibility to work global hours. - Ability to adapt to a changing environment. - Ability to multi-task, identify high priority deliverables and excellent execution style. - Attention to detail. - Ability to work independently. - Process improvement experience. - Operational excellence. - Ability to deliver high quality work within strict deadlines. - Ability to analyse complex information and extract required information. - Effective time management. - Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications. In specific, Intermediate Excel skills (example: should be able to use VLOOKUP, create pivots, charts, paste special) and PowerPoint skills (example: manage Hyperlinks, customize colour schemes, create/import charts). Good to have skills : - Experience on Alteryx, Tableau and QlikSense. - Proficient in Excel VBA. Qualification : Any Bachelor degree with 6-8 years of financial services work experience. Experience in Banking Risk & Control domain will be an added advantage.
