The role is for Talent Acquisition Operations function. The Recruiting Specialist will manage a critical and high intense portfolio of offers at the non-exempt and exempt levels for both Internal and External hires globally, in addition to the following responsibilities: - Ensure that JPMorgan Chase is positioned to attract, source, and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally - Deliver an excellent client and customer experience for the candidates, recruiters and hiring managers - Ensure candidates information is correctly inputted on the offer letter - Basic knowledge and understanding of HCM while reviewing offer related information to ensure it's aligned as per the business requirements - Ability to achieve deadlines and goals to ensure the offers processed are within the service level agreement - Taking ownership and accountability on escalations - Basic knowledge in SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint - Having an eye for detail to highlight and share process gaps - Ability to be fungible - To support other functions within Talent Acquisition Ops and/or GES - Maintaining confidentiality considering the portfolio is critical - Ability to articulate and provide clear information to Stakeholders - Ability to c reate manual offer letters with minimal follow ups - Ability to maintain regular process updates, exceptions and to be always aligned with the process - Providing monthly reports to the business - In terms of productivity, quality, pass rates and common reject reasons - Ability to execute creative ideas to drive positive results within the business Skills required : - Eye for detail - Ensuring to maintain an impeccable environment - Ability to resolve and manage escalations - Strong Communication Skills - Effective verbal and written communication - Problem Solving Skills - Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency - Critical thinker and ability to exercise independent judgment JPMorgan Chase is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/Disability/Veteran Other Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years full cycle, professional level recruiting experience.
