Client Service Analytics - Senior Associate Description: - You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Finance. You have found the right team. - As an Data Analytics professional on the Client service Analytics and Insights team, you will play a key role in driving and supporting transformation in our data environment and technical solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business and in supporting core finance and business processes. You will be primarily responsible for creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards, Alteryx workflows, building and maintaining data solutions Job Responsibilities: - Work with key stakeholders (including business leaders, F&BM leadership, Technology, Analytics, and Finance) to determine requirements for new dashboards and develop an infrastructure to support data visualization that works efficiently and has strong controls - Provide technical leadership support to teams ensuring adherence to collaboratively developed development cycles and delivery dates as well as full adherence to control standards - Develop and utilize technical expertise in our core technology (Alteryx, Tableau, Python) to summarize and analyze key business drivers effectively and efficiently, developing insights for the Client service Leadership Team - Express creativity and ingenuity to transform how we see and understand data, being able to analyze customer behaviors and business results to - Understand the variety of sources for information and how to strategically source data - Direct and/or Indirect People Leadership responsibilities to own work, develop talent, and guide careers Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: - Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Engineering, Analytics and 9+ years of relevant experience - Tableau and data wrangling (e.g. Alteryx/Python) experience is required. Proficiency with SQL, Tableau and Alteryx - Experience with data warehouse systems, and user access, mining, and reporting applications/tools, is a plus - Demonstrated leadership abilities with track record of results, ensuring deliverables are provided on time with ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize work products into executive summaries and/or briefs and reports - Detail oriented and organized approach to controls and risk management, being responsive to changes with the ability to flex to easily and efficiently transition across topics and disciplines - Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: - Lead projects and partner with application partners to curate data for use in predictive analytics and machine learning. - Drive strategic projects on new AWS / ThoughtSpot/ Databricks /Qlik Sense platforms including the curation of data sources, modeling data for use, and visualization to provide meaningful insights. - Collaborate with and deliver requirements to development teams (both onshore and offshore), participating throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery of various reporting platforms and dashboards. - Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions through use of data.
