Organization Description:

- The Chief Administrative Office Portfolio Management Organization (CAO PMO) is responsible for global governance and standards; portfolio, program and project management; tracking and reporting of all projects under governance; and providing program and project management resources to support to our CAO businesses.

- The portfolio includes initiatives that support new or changed business models, services, or products supporting the goals and objectives of the Firm and businesses:

- Firmwide, cross-business and cross-region initiatives

- Corporate Services (Amenity Services (Food, Dining, Catering, Client Centers, Conference Centers, Lobbies); Global Business Document Services (Print, Mail, Shredding, Storage, Digitization); Corporate Insurance; Global Supplier Services (Third Party Oversight, Intra-Affiliate Services, Sourcing and Procurement, Payment Operations); and Global Supplier Diversity

- Global Real Estate (Facility Management, Design and Construction, HQ3, Client and Regional Management; GRE Operations; and GRE Portfolio Management

- Global Security - Crisis Management; Regional Global Security; Investigation Management; Technology and Operations Security

The CAO PMO team partners with our CAO businesses, Technology, Corporate Finance and FBMs, Lines of Business, Controllers, Corporate Communications, Controls, Legal, HR and other businesses as needed.

The CAO PMO centralizes the review and prioritization of all demand requests and partners with CFOs to track financials - including technology and operation investments and expected benefits and ROI.

To ensure change adoption and full awareness by all impacted stakeholders, the CAO PMO provides support in planning and execution of all change needs through communications, training, event management and marketing. The CAO PMO also governs and manages the CAO SharePoint and Intranet sites.

CAO PMO Program Manager - 502- Project Analyst

About the CAO PMO

Who we are:

- The CAO PMO includes dedicated full-time program managers responsible for full end-to-end management of a portfolio of complex, multi-functional, high risk projects. They partner with the business owners, technology, finance and product owners to ensure knowledge of the vision and strategic direction, map out an agreed upon design and plan, and then execute and deliver to plan and budget.

- The Program Manager for CAO Operations is responsible for day-to-day management of all project and portfolio information, standards and reports. All Program managers are supported by a team of project managers and business analysts support project deliverables, development of standards, and lead small projects.

- Also included on our team are specialists in communications, marketing, event management, training, intranet and SharePoint design and digital communication.

What you'll be accountable for the following:

Support CAO PMO Executive Director and Project Managers with PMO reporting:

- Lead and/ or participate in reporting requirements gathering sessions to capture business requirements, business rules and controls.

- Create and maintain project documentation (i.e. business requirements, solution gap documents, SQL reports, reports design and development)

- Assist in the preparation of PMO portfolio reporting, project status reports, efficiency reports, cycle time reports.

Support the PMO Operations including:

- Monitor project transactional data flow from various sources and identify anomalies, root cause and systems solutions

- Create the reports, preparation of presentations, graphs, and dashboards

- Routinely conduct data gathering and analysis activities to troubleshoot issues

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency, quality and controls

- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Who are we hiring?

- You are highly analytical, organized and detailed, yet able to extrapolate and summarize key information

- You have experience in leading or participating in business process mapping and reporting

- You have intermediate/expert level experience in Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint and SharePoint and experience in Business Intelligence tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau)

- You are a team player and roll your sleeves up when you need to, and able to lead, influence conversations with all parties

- You are highly motivated, know when to escalate, and communicate well

- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst

- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development (preferred), data mining and data segmentation

- Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (MySQL etc.)

- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel etc.)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

- Are flexible to support needs of the business
