Main responsibilities of Program Manager include: - Program Manager will be responsible for developing an evaluation method to assess Program strengths and identifying areas of improvement. Setting up tools and standards for managing the program; - Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. - Program manager is responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the success of program's output/product. - Will be responsible for managing & representing with the governance for budget allocation, utilization and monitoring deviations across the program. - Program Managers will collate, collaborate the information and generate reports for internal & external stakeholders. - They will work closely with other delivery members on creating a program. plan-milestones, deliverables, planning, risk, interdependencies etc. - Identifying risks and issues and getting corrective measurements from Delivery. Relevant experience: - Minimum 15 years of experience in IT industry with 5+ years of experience working with Agile teams as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager/ Program Manager. - Experience in delivering digital products and projects. Experience in travel technology and/or Customer Loyalty is an add on. - Experience using a range of agile project management methods. - Experience in cross-functional teams. - Have managed/lead a team of 20-50 people and experience in handling multiple stakeholders. Education and Skills: - Education Bachelor/Master's degree - Certifications related to Agile, Project Management, Product Management, Inter-personal skill, Leadership, etc will be valued. - Awareness of goal setting tools like SMART, MBO, KPI, OKR. - Demonstrate strong knowledge and background of Agile methodologies - Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage medium / large size Agile team This position is for Pune location with Tavisca, a cxLoyalty Technology Platform (Division of JP Morgan Chase & Co.)
