The Payments Operations (Foreign Exchange) Client Service team is responsible for liaising with our clients, front office, settlements and multiple other internal teams. This position include performing key controls as well as providing the best quality client service to our clients and business partners - Day to day responsibilities involve managing failed settlement (nostro breaks) - Ensuring that all payments are settled correctly, and any breaks are followed up on a timely manner. - Identifying and investigating any root causes - Establishing an excellent relationship with internal partners and external clients - Participating in process improvement initiatives - Ensure that any issues are escalated to the team leader within an appropriate time frame - Working with the above groups to quickly and efficiently resolve client issues. - Generating manual SWIFT payments JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
