Summary of Responsibilities - Perform detailed data analysis, identify opportunities and present the themes, interpretations - Identify innovative solutions by leverage emerging technologies to solve complex business problems. Seek opportunities to improve client experiences and establish market utilities - Create detailed Business requirement documents (BRD) & other project documentation. - Prepare detailed project overview and implementation decks/slides on MS PowerPoint. - Monitor and control project milestones and deliverables with KPI's to measure the success. - Manage all activities end to end to deliver the project (from scoping to coordinating with operations and technology partners for the implementation) to the agreed parameters. - Prepare Project status scorecards, status updates and reports for the management reviews. Provide continuous feedback on project status, offering constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations. - Coordinate testing of new applications and processes, which may include creating test plans/scripts, supporting or conducting test execution, researching the cause of failing test scripts, reporting defects to technology for issue resolution and coordinating business retest. - Partner with representatives from across the organization including Business, BAU operations team, Technology groups, as well as potentially with external partners (e.g., vendors, industry groups, etc.) - Apply change management approaches and agile methodologies to drive change to operating models, standardization of technologies and streamline operational processes Skills and Qualifications - MBA with 4+ years' experience or Graduate with 6 years of solid experience in Project Management in the Financial services industry, with good understanding of the products and markets in which the investment bank operates. - Project Management &amp; agile certifications (e.g. PMP or equivalent PMI certification) is a plus - Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Alteryx, Excel, other project tools is essential. - Domain knowledge of the OTC Derivatives product/process and Trade Lifecycle OR having experience in working on projects supporting applications for Derivatives Confirmation/Settlement process is a must - Business process re-engineering experience, root causing, leading efforts to define creative business solutions. - Ability to understand, articulate business requirements documents (BRD) &amp; create Project overview presentations. - Experience coordinating across multiple projects, teams and vendors. - Experience performing large scale data analytics and ability to present the data themes and interpretations. - Strong analytical, problem solving skills, ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and results oriented. - Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver work of high standard, to tight timelines. - Self-motivated individual and a team player who maintains strong partnership with all stakeholders. - Attentive to details, strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude - Flexibility to work global hours Would suit someone looking for a flexible working opportunity JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
