AWM_AM_Reconciliations_Operations Analyst Description : Operations Analyst in Reconciliations team is responsible for : - Reconciliation of Cash and Securities between Custody and Accounting books - Investigate reasons for breaks and assignment of breaks to respective Asset Management operations for resolution - Detailed MIS and trend analysis of open items and ageing. - Escalation of aged and high value breaks - Root cause of breaks and identify opportunities for breaks reduction - Establish end to end workflow and SOP's, updated metric pack for monthly review - Identify opportunities for improvement and work towards implementation - End to end review of process flows and establish key controls for high risk tasks About Us : - JPMorgan Chase & Co. one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
