Key Responsibilities would include : - Undertake Monitoring of Systems, Links and Transmissions. - Acknowledge and action system alerts promptly. - Escalate all issues and alerts to the Incident Manager. - Open and Initiate PAC tickets. - Support and perform BAU maintenance activities like EOD and SOD management. - Participate in all Incident Management calls and provide the relevant information to the LOB technical and operation teams. - Manage and respond to internal client enquiries raised via telephone or e-mail. - Support any testing, implementation events as required. Required Skills : - Excellent written &amp; oral communication skills in English. - Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally &amp; externally and at all levels. - A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate. - Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues. - Good attention to detail - Experience of working as part of a Global team. - Demonstrates accountability and concern for quality of work.
